Our innovative project for first line health care centers focused on streamlining and optimizing the insurance claims process. Below is a comprehensive overview of the project:

We developed a sophisticated Automated Claims System tailored for first line health care centers. The primary objective was to alleviate the administrative burden on health care providers, ensuring that the claims process is both efficient and accurate while aiming for a 100 percent approval score.

  2. Automated Patient Details Verification: The system meticulously checks patient details, including their current and past addresses, as well as their present and previous insurance policies.

  3. National Insurance Claim Registry: We facilitated the registration of patients in the national insurance claim registry. This ensures that claims are only made if a patient is registered under the respective health organization or professional.

  4. Claim Automation: Health professionals can automatically claim for registered patients. The system verifies the claims in line with established business rules or price contracts. If an insurance company denies any claims, our system either autocorrects them or routes them for manual intervention.

In an era where rapid and precise information distribution is paramount for healthcare providers, we successfully implemented a robust system that centralized the scanning of medical dossiers and mail, followed by an automated digital distribution to various Health Care Centers. This was not just a scanning solution, but an intelligent mechanism that ensured accurate and timely dissemination of critical medical information to the right stakeholders.
